Overnight Camper

Check-In / Check-Out – Check-in runs from 3:00pm to 4:30pm on day one at Scott Hall. Camp will begin with an orientation at 4:45pm, followed by dinner and our first field session. Check-out on the final day is 11:00am at Scott Hall.

Extended Day Camper

Check-In / Check-Out – Check-in runs from 4:00pm to 4:30pm on day one at Scott Hall. Camp will begin with an orientation at 4:45pm, followed by dinner and our first field session. Check-out is 8:30pm on day one at Scott Hall. After day one, extended day campers check in daily at 8:45am at Scott Hall and are to be picked up at 8:30pm each evening at Scott Hall. Check-out on the final day is 11:00am at Scott Hall.

Specialty Pre-Camp Clinics

Check-In – Check-in is 1:00pm on day one at Scott Hall. The clinic runs 1:30pm to 4:30pm with camp orientation at 4:45pm, followed by dinner and our evening field session.

Payment

A deposit of $250 will reserve your spot on the roster until May 1st at which time full payment is due. All applications submitted after May 1st, must be paid in full. A one time non-refundable Administrative Fee of $15 will apply to ALL applications.

Room Key Deposits

Overnight campers are required to submit a $50 room key deposit check at check-in made out to Xcelerate Lacrosse, LLC. NO CASH OR CREDIT CARDS WILL BE ACCEPTED. The deposit check will be returned upon check-out when the room key is returned. This fee is determined by UNC Charlotte.

We have three sessions per day. A great deal of instruction takes place in the early part of the day, demonstrations and instruction mid-day, and games during the evening session. We also like to throw in a number of ‘fun’ activities like our fastest shot contest, freestyle/skills competition, lax golf, pool time, rec time, and camper vs. coach game.

Please Note: Enter through the Main Entrance (Broadrick Blvd) off of University City Boulevard. Make a left onto High Rise Road and then another left into the parking lot just past the tennis courts. You will then walk directly across High Rise Road to the Scott Hall high rise building/dorm.

Yellow Cab flat-rate service is available from Charlotte Douglas International Airport ($35.50*), the Amtrak station (18.50*), and the Greyhound bus station (26.50*). To arrange pick-up, call 704-444-4444 and provide dispatcher with promotional code, “UNCC.” (Promotional code helpful, but not required) Fares can be paid with cash or credit/debit card. You must say that you are a UNCC visiting “student” to receive the flat rate. *A surcharge of $2 will apply to additional passengers.
