Cancellation Policy

If you have to cancel, for any reason, we will issue you a camp credit for all camp fees paid, valid through the following summer. Your camp credit is transferable to a family member and may be used for any camp session. Cash refunds will be given ONLY with the purchase of Refund Insurance (see below).

Campers, who leave camp during their session, will receive a pro-rated camp credit, valid through the following summer. Campers who do not check-in will lose all fees paid.

Refund Insurance

Xcelerate Lacrosse Camps offers its families refund insurance for $35 paid at the time of registration. Refund insurance entitles you to a full refund of camp fees paid if you cancel for any reason up to 10 days prior to the start of camp. With insurance if you cancel after that point, we will issue you a camp credit for all fees paid, valid through the following summer ($35 is non-refundable). Your camp credit is transferable to a family member and may be used for any camp session.
