Chris Panos

Chris Panos brings a world-class playing background, over a decade of NCAA coaching success, and an intense passion for player development to Xcelerate. A 12-year National Lacrosse League veteran, NLL World Champion, three-time Mann Cup Champion, and four-time Team USA Indoor player, Chris retired ranked seventh all-time in goals scored by a U.S.-born player. Following a standout DI playing career at Hofstra University, he spent a decade in collegiate coaching—serving as Head Coach at Queens University of Charlotte and Assistant Coach at the University of Tampa—before becoming the Associate Athletic Director and Head Postgraduate Lacrosse Coach at Fork Union Military Academy. Chris also serves as Head Coach for the Greece National Box Team. At camp, Coach Panos combines elite technical instruction with a energetic, hands-on teaching style designed to elevate fundamental skills, build decision-making confidence, and inspire a lifelong passion for the game.
