Evan Rodger

Evan Rodger brings extensive coaching expertise, strong educational leadership, and a deep dedication to athlete development to Xcelerate. Currently serving as the Head Boys Lacrosse Coach at Oakton High School in Northern Virginia, Coach Rodger has established a track record of building competitive, discipline-focused programs centered on team culture and fundamentals. With years of experience directing club programs and youth developmental camps across the Mid-Atlantic, Evan excels at teaching technical skills, improving decision-making under pressure, and mentoring young athletes. At camp, Coach Rodger delivers upbeat, structured instruction designed to increase lacrosse IQ, build confidence, and help every player reach their full potential on and off the field.
