Evan Rodger

Evan Rodger is returning for his fourth summer directing Camps for Xcellerate. As a dedicated figure in our Northern Virginia lacrosse community, he currently serves as the Boys Lacrosse Program Director at Washington-Liberty HS (Arlington, VA) and the Director of Operations for Arlington Youth Lacrosse Club. He's also recently served as Head Coach for True Lacrosse for several years. Coach Rodger graduated from McLean HS ('99) before his playing career at Clemson University and later served as a Graduate Assistant at Georgetown University. With over a decade of high school and travel lacrosse coaching in Virginia, Coach Rodger has guided numerous teams across the mid-Atlantic region.

Coach Rodger prioritizes teamwork and individual skill development, fostering an environment where everyone is involved and positioned to succeed. He instills a deep appreciation for the game in his players through a fun and relaxed coaching approach.
