LeeAnn Fronckowiak

LeeAnn Fronckowiak has spent more than 30 years coaching and officiating lacrosse from the youth level through college. A Buffalo native and Nichols School alumna, she learned the game under USA Lacrosse Hall of Famer Beth Stone before building a career centered on growing opportunities for girls. LeeAnn was the first girls lacrosse coach at Sweet Home High School, leading the new program to the district finals in its first season, and later co-founded a youth girls program and launched another high school program in Florida. Her experience gives campers a knowledgeable, encouraging coach who understands how to teach fundamentals, welcome developing players, and build genuine love for the game.
