Nicholle Shoger is the Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach at Baldwin Wallace University and the Club Director for Ohio Premier Lacrosse. Now an established collegiate head coach, she has developed numerous all-conference and academic honorees while building athlete-centered programs. Before Baldwin Wallace, Nicholle led Wittenberg University to a 35–15 record and an NCAC regular-season championship, and she previously coached at the NCAA Division II level.
