Richard Furst

Furst has coached 37 All-Americans and nine national track champions. Footlocker National 2004 Champion Aislinn Ryan posted indoor times of 9:36.26 (3,000), 10:25.63 (2-mile), and 4:49.82 (mile). Outdoors, Ryan ran 9:38.62 (3,000) and 10:16.85 (2-mile). Without Ryan, WV set a national Distance Medley record while also winning the 4x800 at the 2008 Nike Outdoor Nationals with a time of 11:31.81 and was voted team of the decade by ESPN and Dyestat.com
