At Seaver Golf Academy, Poppy Ridge Livermore, he built the personal golf coach program that had 4 student holes-in-one and 2 amateur champions in the first year. At Brentwoods PGA, Brentwood, he launched the RED ZONE Short Game 1-day golf school helping a number of college and high school students realize their golf team goals. Rick has spent many years helping students realize their golfing potential in a fun learning environment with his PGA, USGTF and New Rules of golf Instruction certifications.
