Prior to taking the Olentangy position, Conley served as an assistant coach at Kenyon College during the 2008-09 seasons, was an assistant coach at Trine (Ind.) University in 2007, and made her coaching debut as head coach at Grand Rapids (Mich.) Catholic Central High School during the 2005-07 seasons, culminating in a regional championship in 2007.
Conley is a 2007 graduate of Western Michigan University, where she played on the women's lacrosse club for 4 years, earning second-team IWLCA honors in 2006. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in sociology.

This was my daughter's first sleep away camp so I was very nervous on the first day when dropping her off. Right as we got to check-in the coaches were so nice and welcoming to everyone which made me feel more comfortable about having my daughter there. My daughter called me through out the camp duration and always told me how much fun she was having and how her coaches were "super cool." I always felt that my daughter was safe and well accounted for. This experience has not only been great for my daughter but for me. I am so happy I made the decision to send her to here. My daugher is sooo looking forward to next summer!
