Xcelerate Lacrosse Camps Philosophy

At Xcelerate Lacrosse, our philosophy is simple — have fun while getting better. We create a classic summer camp atmosphere where players can improve their skills, build confidence, and make lifelong memories. It’s a place where the energy is high, friendships form fast, and every day brings a new challenge and a lot of fun.

Founded in 2004 by former University of Virginia lacrosse players Steve Anderson and Jay Jalbert, Xcelerate Lacrosse has become a national leader in high-performance instruction. Our mission is to bring out the very best in every player we coach. Through innovative drills, small-sided games, position-specific training, and team-driven competition, we help campers grow as athletes and as teammates.

We encourage our players to work hard, be creative, and enjoy every moment of the summer camp experience. By week’s end, campers leave with a sharper lacrosse IQ, improved technique, new friends and role models, and a genuine love for the game.
